Cooking School

Guests are welcome in the kitchen to learn the chef’s recipes. You may participate in the preparation of your dinner under the expert guidance of chef Alessandro Sampò: a life dedicated to the search of good taste, while remembering the traditional cuisine of the Piedmont region and its recipes handed down from generation to generation.

His most significant learning experiences were under the watchful eye of mentors such as Gualtiero Marchesi and Fulvio Scolari. He captured the secrets of Italian cuisine by participating in numerous courses and seminars throughout our entire peninsula. He has been a cooking teacher and has represented our country in culinary events worldwide. An Olympic Chef, he participated in Salt Lake City in 2002, Athens in 2004, and acted as official baker in Turin 2006.
